You can use this site without disclosing any personal information, although a few optional features of the site such as enquiry forms, ask you to provide some personal information (e.g. name & e-mail address). Client contact information
We use personal data, provided directly and voluntarily to us by clients in order to be able to communicate with our clients effectively. This personal data includes, names, addresses, email addresses, phone numbers and further information which we need to complete your video requirements.

5. Sharing information with third parties
Other than those third parties mentioned in this Notice and listed below, I Do Wedding Films shall not pass your personal data to any third party.
Your personal data may, subject to my obligations to comply with data protection legislation, be shared with the following third parties:
Assistant videographers who join us on shoots and need information to be able to work; ie: name, location address, contact number for relevant persons.
6. Security, storage and data retention
I Do Wedding Films stores any data necessary for us to do our job including email exchanges and contact details collated in the duration of your videography project. We will also store any footage necessary for us to complete your video after which time we will delete both your personal data and film rushes. Where minors are to be filmed (such as in any work which we may be asked to undertake at schools, colleges, and events where minors may also be present such as wedding venues) the body, representative or individual(s) responsible for hiring I Do Wedding Films shall be responsible for ensuring full parental consent to be filmed is granted. I Do Wedding Films does not accept any liability if permission is not sought and granted.
